Full Stack Engineer

We’re looking for another Full Stack Engineer to join our small, highly capable engineering team, reporting into our Professional Services Lead. This is a role for an engineer who wants to grow into technical consulting. You’ll start hands on, producing high quality outcomes across a variety of projects from highly innovative and interesting to more routine maintenance and support, with the best AI tools in the industry to supercharge your workflow. From there you’ll follow a deliberate pathway into technical advisory work: joining early stage customer conversations, scoping and shaping proposals, running smaller advisory engagements and representing ElementX at events.
To be considered suitable for this role, you will have an intermediate or senior level background in full stack software development, ideally with Typescript or Python. You’ll be up to date with the latest AI tooling and use it in your own work, with a feel for how organisations operate and where the opportunities sit. Ideally you’ll also have some capability with solution design, front end development, databases, cloud infrastructure or DevOps. Any experience with Kubernetes, consulting or team leadership would be beneficial. With exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, you’ll be outgoing, comfortable in front of customers and curious to keep growing.
