Our team

Daniel Xu (CEO), Ming Cheuk (CTO), and Richard McLean (Executive Chair) founded ElementX in 2013 and are still active across every build. Around them sits a team of AI engineers, ML researchers, project leads, and operations specialists, most of whom have been here long enough to remember the pre-GenAI era of production AI. People stay at ElementX, and that continuity carries into every build.
