She has held senior roles at Xero, Air New Zealand, Spark Ventures, AskNicely, WEX Inc., and most recently as CEO of academyEX. As a director, she serves on the boards of Fidelity Life, Hectre, and Loaded Reports, bringing expertise in technology, strategy, and governance. Simona is passionate about helping fast growing companies scale responsibly, embedding ethical AI and strong governance into their growth journey.
